- Ed Troy stands at the old BOYS entrance to PS 116..It is not used now as kids enter the doors of the Mary Lindley Murray school east of these doors.

- The area where students used to line up on the ground floor (remember all those brown bricks and the two basketball goals, male & female laboratories, the fences around the windows etc. The area was made into classrooms. Only the area around the chute remains. The incinerator door has be sealed shut as there is no more incinerator

- PS116-CRuppmann "plays the chimney" Many hours of punchball were played in the original PS116 school yard. You had to be pretty good to play the caroms off the chimney.
